有史以來住過最差的酒店，就這還五星級，莫名其妙別人的晚餐賬單算到我們頭上，晚一個小時checkout要收2000泰銖，用一個洗衣袋收100泰銖，怎麼不去搶呢。酒店床單收拾過後還是很髒，每天早上都是裝修的聲音。這樣的酒店就是喜歡門坑人的吧。真的會有人住在這裡麵。

Hotel room is big and have bath tub. The gym room also very nice . And there have many swimming pools. The staff all is well trained and nice to guest .But if u like to go shopping or phuket old town . It is 35-45minutes one way. But if u enjoy stay and chill in hotel , it is so nice . This hotel is more near to airport. Around 20minutes .

Отель оставил приятное впечатление. Номер хороший и уютный, везде чисто. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Есть удобный шатл до Бангтао, что очень выручает, так как до моря довольно далеко. В целом, хорошее место для отдыха. The hotel left a good impression. The room was nice and comfortable, everything was clean. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Современный, стильный, новый отель, без Тай-стайла, шикарная ванная комната. Классный спорт зал, с отдельным оборудованным йога залом. В низкий сезон завтраки и декорирование более урезаны чем высокий, но всего достаточно. По инфраструктуре: до ближайшего 7eleven 10 минут пешком, рядом с ним местное семейное кафе, кофейня с европейской едой.

Before you book this hotel, please be informed that this place is far from everything else. I specifically chose this as I wanted a quiet holiday and indeed it was very quiet. Hardly see any other guests while I was away. Felt like I booked the entire hotel as the whole staff could attend to you almost immediately. The room was huge, complete with a bathtub and a his and hers sink. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. My last day there was my birthday and they were so nice to surprise me with a cake! They also have shuttle bus to a few locations nearby so that’s a great add-on! The staff were friendly and approachable. I love the pool. There were 3 different pools so if you love swimming at hotel pools, you’ll have a good time! They have massage spa also and it was really good and affordable!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Real place same picture as website. very impressive to stay here.
